Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced (peel if preferred)

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced or diced

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and chopped fresh dill.

Pour the ranch dressing mixture over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat.

Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top of the salad and toss again to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
