California Roll Cucumber Salad

I’ve seen many different variations of this recipe…this is my rendition of the viral California Roll Cucumber Salad!

Unfortunately I don’t have any measurements when it comes to the ingredients. I’m sure there are recipes that include measurements, but for me I feel it was best to add small amounts of everything & mix it together & add more of whatever as needed.

Ingredients:

-Cucumber

-Imitation crab

-Everything bagel seasoning

-Cream cheese (I personally used whipped cream cheese as I felt it was easier to mix together)

-Mayo (Recipe called for kewpie mayo, but I had to improvise)

-Soy sauce

-Sriracha sauce

If you try this recipe I would love to hear your thoughts and/or if you have your own rendition of this recipe feel free to share below! I love this salad…it is relatively inexpensive, healthy, & is quick/easy to make!😋
