Let’s talk about abs

Yes, abs are made in the kitchen and the gym.

I eat clean, track my macros, and stay around 1300 cals/day. I train 5 times a week, and no matter what muscle group I’m focusing on—I always finish with abs.

Even on leg day, I squeeze in a few core exercises. And when it’s an abs-focused day? I go all in. Consistency is key, and for me, abs are non-negotiable.

Want to see results? Build discipline, fuel your body right, and never skip core. #momsoflemon8 #workout #summerbod #abs #bodytransformation

A clean diet is crucial; focus on lean proteins, whole grains, and plenty of fruits and vegetables to help reduce body fat. Tracking your macro intake ensures that you're fueling your body correctly, allowing you to maintain energy levels during workouts while promoting fat loss. Incorporate cardio alongside strength training. Cardio exercises such as cycling, running, or HIIT can significantly aid in burning calories and enhancing fat loss, revealing those abs hidden beneath. Additionally, prioritizing core workouts is essential, even on days focused on other muscle groups. Exercises such as planks, crunches, and leg raises should be part of your routine to build core strength. Remember, consistency is key. Develop a workout schedule that you can maintain long-term. Start with realistic goals, gradually increasing intensity and frequency as your fitness improves. Also, consider rest and recovery—overworking can lead to injuries that set you back. Stay hydrated, and ensure you’re getting enough sleep to support your body’s recovery process. Lastly, mental discipline plays a significant role. Stay motivated by setting clear goals and tracking your progress. Celebrate small successes along the way, and remember that building a strong midsection takes time and dedication. By cultivating a balanced routine that combines disciplined nutrition and focused workouts, you’ll be on your way to achieving the abs you desire!

People are so use to eating what their parents make them eat or do not in touch with their bodies that they don’t realize they don’t need a lot of food but all the vitamins in minerals that your food is supposed to provide. When your pregnant they tell you to eat at least 2000 calories if your eating that much and your not pregnant and not working out it’s time to reevaluate your idea of “ I’m hungry “
