Since my family has a naughty girl 🐈, we don't have a Christmas display this year, so there is not much Christmas mood 🤭
Instead, I displayed a lot of Christmas works on the first floor space of Hotel Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi, so I would like you to see that ✨
The impressive huge tree is made by stacking old materials by Palette House who makes furniture with old materials. It is very nice with glitter and illumination ✨
Christmas books and handmade works of each artist are scattered on the shelves.
It became a natural Christmas display that cherished the warmth of wood!
It was the first time I was involved in a spatial display, and while I thought it was difficult, it was very worthwhile and fun to make it by adding rework over and over again and sharing everyone's ideas.

今年のクリスマスは自宅での飾り付けを控えた分、ホテル東急ステイ大阪本町でのクリスマスディスプレイ制作に参加できたことが新鮮でとても楽しかったです。 特に印象的だったのは、パレットハウスさんが制作した古材の巨大ツリー。重厚感ある木材が幾重にも重なり、電飾でキラキラと輝く様子は圧巻で、訪れる方々の目を引いていました。家具作りで培われた匠の技が、クリスマスの温かな雰囲気をより引き立てています。 壁一面には、木工やペイントリメイク、ワイヤーアート、リースなど、多彩な作家の手作り作品を並べ、それぞれの個性が光るディスプレイとなりました。手作りならではの温かさとぬくもりが、都会のホテル空間に自然な癒しをプラスしています。 私は初めての空間ディスプレイ参加で、何度も修正を重ねながらみんなで意見を出し合ったのがとてもやり甲斐があり、充実した時間でした。やんちゃな我が 家の猫がいて自宅ではあまりクリスマス気分が出せなかった分、この経験は特別な思い出になりました。 これからも地域のホテルや施設での季節イベントの展示に参加して、もっと多くの人に手作りの良さと季節の楽しみを伝えたいと思っています。ぜひ東急ステイ大阪本町のクリスマスディスプレイを見に行って、温もりあふれる作品たちを楽しんでみてください！
