I tried to make a paper bag from a 100-yen craft envelope!
I couldn't find a paper bag of the right size to give a photo book (A5 size) as a gift.
Substitute it with an envelope.
It may seem like I'm doing a lot of difficult things in the video, but as a procedure
① Make a gusset to make a flat envelope into a three-dimensional paper bag.
② Reinforce
③ Attach a handle
That's the flow.
As a point of caution, align the width of the gusset on three sides. I cut it in the video, but I measured it properly and applied a ruler to make a crease.
If you make folds on both sides like origami, it is easier to open it.
I will record the size for reference
↓ ↓ ↓
・ Completed size of paper bag: H26 × W20 × gusset 4cm
· Bottom plate cardboard: 3.8 × 19.8 cm (2 mm smaller than the bottom size)
・ Paper for handle reinforcement: 2.5cm width (length is the same as the circumference of the envelope)
