Why I Bake My Own Bread

Reading the ingredients on the back of breads gives me a headache. It really doesn’t take much to make a loaf of bread. I want my family to eat the best of the best. So that meant me baking our own bread every week. This has now turned into something my kids and I look forward to do.

Plus, it saves money compared to buying specialty breads at the store. For anyone thinking of starting, I recommend beginning with simple recipes designed for beginners — these will build your confidence and skills gradually. Overall, baking bread at home is a rewarding experience that improves our diet and strengthens family bonds.
