✨dumbbell rdls are my personal fav✨

some tips:

•stand shoulder width apart

•brace your core

•think about pushing your hips back rather than bending over w/ your back

*imagine shutting a door only using your butt!!!*

•less bend in knees = hamstrings

more bend in knees = glutes

•keep weights close to shin

remember slow & controlled always wins 🤪
