Being a good Auditor, not just with accounting and tax knowledge, Soft skills also play a big part in getting through the day-to-day tasks that are like a battleground, whether it's customers / bosses / subordinates and other factors.
Let's see what Soft skills the audition should have.
1. 🗣 Communications
• Have the ability to explain - Accounts and taxes are already elusive. Audiences must be able to explain to people who are not in the same industry without being too attached to textbooks.
• Be clear - Must be able to explain your needs clearly and easily because audition is a time-limited profession, so clear communication is important to get us what we want, fully and quickly, but... Be careful not to let listeners or customers feel pressured by our needs.
2. 🧠 Analytical thinking
• Skilled in rapid data analysis, especially numbers, the more sensitive the analysis, the faster the anomaly is seen, the easier and faster the job is finished.
• Know which data is reliable or which data is unreliable. Analyze to accurately select data in monitoring to save time.
3. 😌 have a good attitude and a good mood.
• Audience work is a task that is subject to stress and pressure all the time, both numbers - time - accuracy - risk. Therefore, a good audition must have a good attitude, understand that the content may be broken up late at night and stress is normal, so work and talk to your team friends to encourage each other, have a good working atmosphere, have fun, do not talk to your team friends to feel more discouraged and tired, and be polite to your customers to be appropriate, so as not to lose your job and lose your relationship with your customers (because it makes it even harder to work).
• Calmness is what makes it work faster, since most auditions always depend on uncontrollable things.
4. 💼 Professionalism
• The appropriate dress and honor of the place may not even have to wear a suit at all times, but must be appropriate for each situation.
• Punctuality should not keep customers or others waiting.
• Keeping secrets requires being smart, knowing what to say or not to say.
• Be impartial and independent of all agencies to achieve the best audit results.
