How to get 🍑 butt?
Just do these 3 simple actions #augbox #augboxsport #homeworkouts #pilates
Hey everyone! So many of you have asked me about my secret to getting a more sculpted, 'peach' butt, and honestly, it all comes down to consistency with a few key Pilates at home moves. I used to think I needed a fancy gym or complicated equipment, but nope! These three simple exercises have truly transformed my glutes, giving them that lift and firmness I was always dreaming of. Trust me, you can totally get that 'sexy' look right from your living room, just like I did! Here are the 3 actions that have made the biggest difference for me: 1. The Glute Bridge: Your Foundation for a Lifted Posterior This one is a classic for a reason! Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor close to your glutes, and arms by your sides. Engage your core and squeeze your glutes as you lift your hips off the mat until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for a second, really feeling that squeeze at the top, then slowly lower back down. I aim for 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions. It’s fantastic for activating those major glute muscles and getting them ready for more targeted work. 2. The Clamshell: Sculpting from the Sides If you want that rounded, lifted look, the Clamshell is your best friend. Lie on your side with your knees bent at a 45-degree angle and your feet stacked. Keep your hips stable and your core engaged. Keeping your feet together, slowly lift your top knee towards the ceiling, like a clamshell opening. Make sure not to roll your hips back – the movement should come from your outer glute. Slowly lower your knee back down. I do 3 sets of 15-20 reps on each side. This move is incredible for targeting your glute medius, which is crucial for shaping and lifting. 3. Side-Lying Leg Lifts with Pulses: For a Defined Curve This exercise really helps put the finishing touches on your peach. Lie on your side, legs extended straight out, and stack your hips. You can support your head with your hand. Keeping your bottom leg straight, lift your top leg straight up towards the ceiling as high as you comfortably can, engaging your outer thigh and glute. Then, perform small, controlled pulses at the top of the movement for about 10-15 seconds before slowly lowering your leg. I usually do 3 sets of 12-15 full lifts followed by pulses on each side. It gives such a great burn and really helps define the upper curve of your glutes. Remember, consistency is key! I try to do these exercises 3-4 times a week, and I’ve seen amazing results. Don't forget to focus on the mind-muscle connection – really think about squeezing those glutes with every rep. And hydration is super important for muscle recovery! You don't need any fancy equipment for these; just a comfy mat and your own body weight. If you stick with it, you'll definitely start seeing that gorgeous, 'sexy' peach butt you've been working towards! I hope these tips help you on your journey, too!
