When did you realize you were THAT GIRL 🤔😍

Honest convo, when did you realize you are that b**ch? 🤔

every girl has that moment when you realize you’ve been sleeping on yourself for TOO MF LONG and you really are THAT GIRL 🥰😍🫶🏽 👑

My moment was when I recieved the photos from my 2nd baby’s maternity shoot 🥹

Storytime

I always struggled with things like codependency depression, low self-esteem and anxiety.

I was always hiding in someone else’s shadow…

These pictures shouldn’t have even happened…My husband had to go get something from the car and my photographer at the time felt like we needed to go to the top of the mountain and snap some photos of me by myself. I was very uncomfortable because I hated being seen and it made my anxiety flareup like crazy!

I remember standing there feeling totally flawed

I remember thinking who do I think I am posing this way…

And then I received my photos and saw a woman I didn’t even recognize 😍

These are my favorite photos because they finally helped me see that I am d*mn beautiful standing on my own🫶🏽

I LOVE my photos with my husband as well, but these…give me goosebumps because the confident woman you see was not who was standing in-front of that camera..on the inside I was a broken scared young girl who longed for something that seemed unattainable…

This photoshoot truly does represent a pivotal point in my life. When I finally decided to become wholeheartedly committed to my journey back to self…🫂 where I found exactly what I was searching for ❤️😌

... Read moreThe journey to self-acceptance often begins with a moment of clarity, realization, and empowerment. For many women, obstacles like low self-esteem, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy can cloud their perception of self-worth. Embracing who you truly are, or realizing that you are 'that girl', can be a turning point in your personal growth journey. Stories of women overcoming personal struggles serve as powerful reminders of resilience and strength. Engaging in self-reflection and recognizing those pivotal moments — whether it be through photography sessions or simple acts of self-care — can illuminate the path to self-love. It's essential to celebrate these moments and acknowledge the hard work it takes to step into your true self. To cultivate a more profound sense of self-love, many turn to various practices, such as journaling, affirmations, or even community support systems like group therapy. By sharing your journey with others, you not only validate your experiences but also inspire other women to embrace their authenticity. Remember, self-love is a continuous journey filled with progress and vulnerability. Additionally, online platforms and communities can provide resources and connections that echo similar experiences. Engaging in discussions about embracing insecurities and healing can foster a supportive environment, enabling more women to discover their inner strength and beauty together. Allow these sharing platforms to be a space for growth, encouragement, and solidarity, where each woman's story adds depth to the beautiful tapestry of personal journeys.
