Ended work a little earlier today and realized it’s been almost 2 weeks since I last did my fast walking and workout after the holidays.

Tonight, I chose to start again. Changed, stepped out, and just did it — 3km in 28 minutes.

No competition with anyone—just showing up for myself. Staying accountable is one of the purest forms of self-love.

Slowly, I’m becoming a better version of myself. 💪
