Let Go of the Past let go of the past.
As we move forward, we often feel tired more than necessary, not because the way forward is difficult, but because we are carrying the "rock of the past" full of mistakes that want to be corrected, irreversible words, or wounds left by someone.
Authenra's Way believes that letting go of the Letting Go is the most important skill of being a complete human being.
1. The former is "teacher," not "prison."
Many of us lock ourselves in the cage of feeling "know this" or "if then." The trajectory of sincerity towards ourselves teaches us to view the past as Data Data and Lesson Lesson Lesson. Once we've finished learning from it, the function of that lesson is to pass on wisdom to us, not to pull us back. Forgiving ourselves is the first key that unlocks this cage.
2. Accept "irreplaceable truth."
Much of the suffering is caused by our trying to use our current energy to fight what has ended. To let go in the Authenra way is to honestly confront the truth that "that happened, and it's irreparable." When we stop fighting the past, a lot of energy is restored to the present creation instead.
3. The remedy is to "allow."
Allow Yourself to grieve: Letting go is not the compression of emotions, but rather the letting the pain flow through ourselves to the end of the line.
Allow yourself to start over: Many people do not dare to be happy, because it feels that it is not enough to atone for past wrongs, but the truth is. The world does not want you to suffer. The world wants you to grow.
4. Stay with "here" and "now."
When we let go of the hand of what has passed, Past, and not worry about what has not yet come to the future, we will encounter a space called "calm." The practice of connecting with the breath and the present, is the most powerful tool to cut the fetters from the past.
"We can't write a new chapter of life as long as we keep reading the same chapter over and over."
Letting go of the past may seem scary at first, because it means abandoning the old self we are used to, but remember, "Only empty hands are ready to give themselves the flowers of new opportunities."
