Taco Bell’s Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros, REMAKE

Homemade one: (be sure to get the right tip.. a bigger one).

1️⃣ Boil 1 cup water, 2 ½ tbsp butter, 2 tbsp sugar, & ¼ tsp salt.

2️⃣ Stir in 1 cup flour, mix until a smooth dough forms. Let cool 5 min.

3️⃣ Beat in 2 eggs, ½ tsp vanilla, one at a time, until smooth.

4️⃣ Pipe with a star tip (#199 BUT WAY BIGGER FOR BETTER CHUROS) into 375°F oil, fry 2-3 min per side. Then make icing as instructed in video.

5️⃣ Mix ½ cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon, roll warm churros in it.
