How to Make It:

1. Start with Pistachio Butter

Already-made pistachio butter is the easiest option, but if you need to make it:

• Blanch raw pistachios (boil for 1-2 min, then ice bath, peel skins).

• Blend 1 cup pistachios with pinch of salt & 2 tbsp sugar, adding oil as needed in 2-min increments (about 10 min total).

2. Prepare the Kataifi (Kunafa Dough)

• Pre-cooked kataifi → Bake 5-10 min until warm & crisp.

• Raw kataifi → Coat in melted butter, bake 10 min at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.

• Mix with butter after baking.

3. Assemble the Layers

1. White chocolate mixed with green food coloring.. or pistachio butter (or both!)

2. Pistachio butter

3. Strawberries

4. Crispy kataifi

5. Milk chocolate

🔁 Repeat layers → Top with strawberries & kataifi.
