The ADHD Journal

... Read moreManaging ADHD can often feel overwhelming, but using a tool like the In-Between Focus Journal has truly transformed how I approach my daily tasks and responsibilities. The journaling process starts with a brain dump—writing down every task and reminder without organizing right away. This method helps me clear mental clutter and brings clarity before planning. I find that focusing on just three tasks a day—one big and two smaller ones—makes my goals manageable and realistic, which is key for sustaining motivation without burnout. Breaking work into 15-30 minute time blocks with buffer periods keeps me engaged and prevents fatigue. Pairing challenging tasks with small rewards also keeps me motivated to push through. Visual cues such as color-coding, sticky notes, and checkboxes make my plan easy to follow and reduce the chance of forgetting important tasks. Keeping my journal visible at all times is a constant reminder to stay on track. At day's end, I review what I accomplished, check off finished tasks, and move any uncompleted items to a fresh page. This quick reset ensures I start the next day focused and less stressed. Overall, the In-Between Focus Journal offers a compassionate and structured approach tailored for those with ADHD. It supports me in pausing, refocusing, and moving forward with confidence each day. If you struggle with focus or organization due to ADHD, this journal could be a game changer for creating calm and clarity in your routine.
