I recently finished this book on December 22nd. I read it so quickly, it was the first time in years I read over 200 pages in one sitting but this book was just so good I couldn’t put it down. The connections between the past and present that brought the main characters together were just magical.

So, to start I weight almost 300 pounds at 5’5 and I’ve recently developed a love for working out. Im still working on my gym split but I go 3-4 days a week. I’m also just starting out my journey and throw random cardio in when I feel like it ~Leg Day~ {these start my gym week} • Stretch for
