Certain areas such as the underarms are prone to lymphatic congestion due to high lymph node density, restricted movement, compression, and hormonal influences. Incorporating regular movement, such as stretching or lymphatic drainage exercises, can improve lymph flow and reduce stagnation. Wearing loose clothing and maintaining good posture also supports lymphatic health.
