Often people ask me how to get over gym anxiety, so this is a PSA to all my shy girlies: don’t let that fear hold you back from showing up for yourself. 🤍

Start where you feel comfortable. Find your space in the gym, get your workout done, and slowly continue putting yourself in slightly more uncomfortable spaces over time whether that’s moving closer to a busier section or trying a new area of the gym.

Yes, it may feel uncomfortable at first, but remember why you’re there: to become stronger, healthier, and more confident for YOU. Keep feeding yourself positive affirmations and remind yourself that you belong there just as much as anyone else.

The gym can definitely feel intimidating, but I promise we all started somewhere. Most people are focused on themselves and their own workouts. Keep showing up, keep pushing through the fear, and watch your confidence grow. ✨

Hope this helps someone today🩷

... Read moreDealing with gym anxiety is something many people experience, especially when stepping into a new fitness routine or a busy gym environment. From personal experience, one of the most effective ways to overcome this fear is to approach the gym in a way that feels manageable and sustainable. For instance, I began by choosing times when the gym was less crowded, allowing me to familiarize myself with the equipment and layout without feeling overwhelmed. Another approach I found helpful is setting small, achievable goals during each visit. This could be focusing on just one or two exercises rather than trying to do a full workout right away. Gradually, as you become more comfortable, you can increase the challenge by exploring new workout areas or attending group classes that initially seemed intimidating. It’s also crucial to practice positive self-talk. Remind yourself daily that the gym is a personal space for growth, and everyone there started somewhere. When feelings of self-doubt creep in, affirmations like “I belong here” or “I am getting stronger every day” can be empowering. Additionally, consider bringing a friend or joining online fitness communities that encourage sharing progress and motivational tips. This connection can provide accountability and lessen the feelings of isolation often associated with gym anxiety. Remember, the focus of going to the gym is for your well-being—both physical and mental. Each visit, no matter how small the progress, is a step towards becoming more confident and healthier. Embrace the discomfort as part of your growth, and celebrate your milestones, no matter how minor they seem. By applying these strategies, turning gym anxiety into a source of motivation rather than fear is possible. Your journey is unique, and the key is persistence and kindness toward yourself along the way.

People-Pleasing 😬

How Rich People Turn Luxury Purchases Into Tax Strategies
I used to think wealthy people bought luxury cars just to “look rich.” But the more I study business, taxes, and financial strategy… the more I’m realizing many entrepreneurs think VERY differently about money. Most people see a G-Wagon and think: “that’s a liability.” “that’s expensive.
