Lawyer exam. What to read? (Practice)

There are two licenses.

Study according to understanding. Model ticket. Year ticket.

(Actually working, can't learn this. Must learn that license)

⚖️ Model ticket

2 rounds (theoretical and practical)

(100 points, subjective division, 80 multiple points, 20)

Theoretical sector

Review: The difficulty of this installment will be that we must remember the patches to write in the exam room themselves. The difficulty will offend that if we remember correctly, score points. The problem is not long, recommend practicing old exams. Practice writing forms.

Practice (practice for 6 months, then come to take the exam)

Review: This round, we will remember only patens, contracts, grievances, power of attorney, queries.

The form used by the court will be provided.

But the craving is a 3-4 page long problem. A lot of people can't do it.

Because the keyword will spread many points

In the exam, if practicing printing, practice in the form, will take the exam comfortably because we are familiar with the document. If you choose to use the wrong form or write something that is not used in the form, the judges will give 0 points, do not check that.

⚖️ Year ticket

Waiting for one year of employment and then taking one exam and getting the license (100 points, subjective division, 80 multiple times, 20)

But the difficulty is that we have to actually intern. The exam will be 100% harder than the model ticket.

Based on the percentage, the last pass was 80 + + people.
