The quiet of early dawn provided a peaceful gym atmosphere, which turned workouts into a rejuvenating start to my day rather than a chore. This habit shift triggered some noticeable body transformation, motivating me to keep pushing toward a 5-day workout week. For others thinking about 4am workouts, I recommend setting realistic goals, listening to your body, and allowing flexibility in your schedule.
