Making a Sourdough Starter

First time making a sourdough starter, so wish me luck! 🍞

Her lovely name is Doughlene!

Materials used:

*Glass jar 🫙

*1 cup of unbleached flour

* A little under 1 cup of filtered water

Give her a little mix! Make sure the lid just sits on the top and it’s not pushed down all the way so she can do her thing!

Any advice from those who have do this before is always welcomed and appreciated ☺️
