Deviled egg cheeseburger

Ingredients:

9 @happyegg eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Start by placing your eggs in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a rolling boil, then turn the heat off, cover and allow to sit for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, prepare an ice bath with cold water. Once the timer is up, add the eggs to the cold water and allow to cool down for a few minutes.

3. Peel eggs, then slice in half and scoop out the center.

Add to a small mixing bowl, along with the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine. Scoop to evenly distribute the mixture among the cooked egg white halves. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Enjoy!
