Vanilla lush pie

Ingredients

14oz golden oreos (vanilla cookie sandwiches) (reserve 1 cup for topping)

8 tbsp butter, melted

5.1oz box french vanilla pudding mix

2 1/2 cups of milk

16oz cream cheese, room temp

2 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

8oz whipped cream topping

This will fit a 7x10 casserole dish. Crush the cookies until smaller crumbs. Pour into the casserole dish and mix in the melted

butter. Press the crust into the base. Add the cream cheese, vanilla

extract and powdered sugar to a bowl and mix until smooth. Smooth over

the crust. Add the pudding mix and the milk to a bowl and mix

until thickened. (if you're using dairy free milk I recommend using a

hand mixer) Spread over the cream cheese. Then spread the whipped

cream on top. Top with the cookies. Place in the fridge for 2

hrs minimum to set up. Enjoy!
