Furthermore, allergic reactions, digestive problems, bloating, and food intolerances frequently arise, complicating the healing process. It’s important to recognize these symptoms early, as many people feel hopeless when traditional medical routes do not provide answers. Understanding that mold exposure could be the culprit can lead to a strategy for recovery and healing. Various strategies are available to deal with mold toxicity, including consulting with specialists who focus on environmental health, engaging in detoxification protocols, and ensuring a mold-free living environment.
