(If you have) Roasted sesame
① Cut the washed burdock into any length x 1 cm and soak it in the yakiniku sauce for 30 minutes in a bag
② Take out only the burdock from the bag and add potato starch, shake off excess powder and fry in oil at 170 degrees for 2.3 minutes
③ Apply the remaining sauce on the fried burdock with a brush and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds to complete
