How My Soft 75 Helped Me to Build Healthy Habits
Finishing my Soft 75 last week was super exciting! It was also really cool to prove to myself that I can do things that seem hard. My overall goal for my soft 75 this time was to help build better habits. Considering most habits form in 30 days, there not better way to build onto that than by doing it for 75 days.
Taking a nice walk is one of the things that have seeped its way into my everyday life. Thankfully the weather has been nice so I have had the luxury to walk outside with my daughter. Although when that is not the case, I want to encourage you to use the space you have. You can walk back and forth, or even in place. All that truly matters is that you get those steps in! I try to walk for a minimum of a half hour everyday. Sometimes I walk way more than that, but it’s ultimately up to my daughter and how long she wants to be in the carrier.
