Smoothie prep Sunday

Every Sunday, I try to prep ahead for the week so that I can stay on top of what I eat. My morning smoothies are essential to me starting my day off right. I usually prep just enough to get me through one week but this time I did double. I typically like to do about 3 different combinations to have a little variety. The combinations I chop this prep include:

Green smoothie:

Spinach

Green Apple 🍏

Pineapple 🍍

Kiwi 🥝

Avocado 🥑

Lime 🍋‍🟩

Orange smoothie:

Carrots 🥕

Ginger 🫚

Peaches 🍑

Mangoes 🥭

Banana 🍌

Lemon 🍋

Purple smoothie:

Spinach

Strawberries 🍓

Blueberry 🫐
