If you're aiming for a clean eating lifestyle and dream of an organized meal prep fridge that sparks joy every time you open it, then you're in the right place. Let me share my go-to tips and tricks that help me maintain a healthy lifestyle without the daily stress. For me, clean eating essentially means focusing on whole, unprocessed foods. When I'm planning my weekly meal prep, I prioritize fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and complex carbs. Think vibrant salads, roasted veggies, grilled chicken or fish, and hearty grains like quinoa or brown rice. I love making big batches of stir-fries or sheet pan meals because they're so versatile. One of my favorite clean eating hacks is to prepare ingredients rather than full meals. I'll chop all my veggies, cook a big batch of rice, and roast some sweet potatoes. This way, during the week, I can mix and match to create different meals without getting bored, and it truly minimizes food waste. It’s all about making healthy choices easy and accessible. Now, let's talk about making it aesthetic! Because honestly, who isn't more motivated to eat healthy when their food looks good? My secret? Colorful ingredients and clear, matching containers. For other meals, I use clear glass containers. This not only lets me see what I have at a glance but also makes my fridge look so much tidier. It's about taking that extra minute to make your meal feel special, even if you’re just grabbing it from the fridge. An organized meal prep fridge is a game-changer. After all my Sunday Prep is done, I have a system for putting everything away. Snacks like chopped fruit and veggie sticks go into easy-to-grab containers in a front drawer.
