Smoothie Time 😋

I try to start everyday off with a fruit and veggie smoothie. One of my favorites is this green smoothie. It includes: green apple 🍏, kiwi 🥝, avocado 🥑, spinach 🥬, and pineapple 🍍. For the liquid I like to use half water and a little bit of organic peach juice. #HealthTips #lemon8challenge
