I live with social anxiety, which means everyday things—like raising my hand in class, making a phone call, or even just showing up—can feel overwhelming. But I don’t want my anxiety to define me.
That’s why I’m starting this series: to share my weekly wins, big or small, that I accomplish despite anxiety. 🌱
This isn’t about being perfect or pretending the anxiety disappears—it’s about celebrating progress, no matter the size. My hope is that by sharing my steps forward, I can remind myself (and maybe you, too) that growth is possible even when anxiety is loud.
