Ingredients ♡ *) ノ "☆
・ 2 pieces of persimmon skin * With the skin after peeling the persimmon
・ Canned syrup * Appropriate amount
・ 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
・ Appropriate amount of granulated sugar * This is the amount to be sprinkled at the end

① Peel the persimmon with a suitable length and a width of about 2 mm

② Put the persimmon skin of ① in a pot, and
canned syrup, while taking the lye over low heat
Boil down until the juice is gone.
③ Preheat the oven to 100 ℃ and cook on the top plate
