Losing 110 pounds didn’t happen overnight… but it DID happen when I finally stopped quitting on myself and started building tiny habits that I could actually keep.

I’m not special. I’m not lucky. I just got tired of feeling tired — tired of hiding in pictures, tired of starting over on Mondays, tired of living in a body that didn’t feel like me.
