Day 1. 🏆

I’m going to be honest with you — I almost talked myself out of this.

The voice in my head said “you’re a health coach, a mom, a nutritionist… who do YOU think you are stepping on a bodybuilding stage?”

And then I remembered — that’s exactly the voice I help other women silence every single day.

So here I am. Day 1 of locking in for my debut bodybuilding show. 💚

Not because I have it all figured out. Not because my life is perfectly balanced. But because I refuse to let fear write my story.

This is what I teach. This is what I live.

If I’m going to tell you that your body is capable of more than you believe — I need to be willing to prove it in my own life first.

Every rep. Every meal. Every 5am. Documented. Raw. Real.

Because YOU deserve a coach who doesn’t just talk about transformation — she lives it.

✨ The habits that got me here didn’t happen overnight — and they don’t have to for you either.

... Read moreStarting a bodybuilding journey as a busy mom and health professional is no small feat. I know how daunting Day 1 can feel, especially when the inner critic questions your place on stage. But taking that first step is about more than just the physical challenge—it's an emotional and mental breakthrough. For me, embracing vulnerability and authenticity helped me connect more deeply with my purpose as a coach. I realized that sharing every meal, every workout, and every early morning wasn’t just about accountability; it was about showing other women that transformation is possible for anyone. It’s not about perfection or having your life perfectly balanced; it’s about perseverance in the face of fear. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that the voice of doubt is often louder before a big change, but it can be quieted by focusing on small, consistent habits. The habits that propelled me to Day 1 didn’t form overnight—they were built one rep, one meal, and one mindfulness moment at a time. Setting realistic goals and celebrating those little victories kept me motivated. This process has also deepened my respect for women who juggle multiple roles and still find the strength to pursue fitness on their own terms. If you’re considering a similar path, remember: your past or current doubts don’t define your future. Embodying the change you want to see is powerful, and it begins with commitment to yourself. Documenting the journey, just as I do, keeps you focused and honest. The phrase “Day 1 of locking in for my debut bodybuilding show” isn’t just about the start of a competition—it symbolizes the start of a personal transformation journey. To all women who lift, moms managing chaos, and those fighting their inner critic, your journey matters. Keep pushing, stay authentic, and know that your body and mind can achieve more than you believe.

Is Taking Pilates Classes Worth Going To?🫣
The simple answer is YES! If the thought of doing Pilates every day conjures images of long-limbed celebs and eye-wateringly expensive yoga leggings, know you're not alone. I too believed it to be the fodder of the schedule-free elite – not the likes of me, at the time of starting my challenge,
