Step 1 Reserve a filing queue

- Initially plan what time we will travel and allow time to prepare documents and wait for visa results.

Then check the queue and file at /

- After the check date is filed, we select the date and time as convenient to us, then pay the filing center about 300 ฿and there are other charges that we will choose.

- Then print out the appointment sheet from VFS because this document must be taken with you on filing day.

Step 2 Prepare documents and fill out visa forms.

- Prepare documents to complete the visa. There is a checklist of documents that need to be filed on the UDI website.

- Fill in the visa application form. Apply at /

- Press want to apply and select visit and holidays. Then it will be available to us to choose who we visit. After that, fill in everything.

- After filling out the application, we can check the information before pressing pay, because if paid, the information cannot be corrected again.

- After paying the visa application, there will be a file for us to load: 1. The visa application we filled out; 2. The receipt requires us to load both files.

Step 3 File a document with VFS.

- It is recommended to reach the filing center 30 minutes before the appointment time. When the time comes, there will be a standing officer calling the queue of each period into it.

- There's an officer asking for an appointment and a queue to file again.

- Then sit and wait for the file officer. It doesn't take much time, but it depends on the number of people and the time to check again.

- After the filing is completed, the officer will notify you to wait to call to receive the receipt and wait to call to take pictures and collect fingerprints.

- Finish taking pictures and collecting fingerprints. You can go home to wait for the visa results.

Step 4 Get the visa results.

- On the filing day, the official will notify you that you are waiting for the visa results for 15-45 working days (excluding Saturday-Sunday and public holidays).

- On the filing day, the staff will ask us if we will receive SMS (extra charge) and we will come in to receive the passport or mail (extra charge). Personally, we think that SMS is not necessary because VFS always and quickly has e-mail and mail is much more convenient.

- Visa results, we will only know if we have received the passport. The previous visa results will not be known.

We submitted on March 2, received an e-mail that the consideration of Viva was completed on March 12, received the passport back on March 14, including waiting for visa results, 8 business days, 90 days of request, 90 days of receipt
