Although I jokingly avoid discussing my 2024 weight loss, it marked a significant push in my discipline and resilience. Fitness for me isn’t just about appearance—it’s a holistic lifestyle change. Embracing #gymtok trends and following #fitness routines on social platforms helped keep motivation high. Engaging with communities under #gym and #fyp tags created a support network that encouraged me during challenging times. Beyond physical aspects, working out has boosted my mental health, reducing stress and improving my sleep quality. Sharing this yearly progression is a reminder that consistency and determination, even when results seem slow, lead to transformative outcomes.
