I tried the new Oreo Chocolate Cake mix and added in the matching pudding. It gives it more of a sponge cake like texture, and it would be totally fine as is! I topped it with Oreo Cream frosting, chocolate ganache, and extra Oreos. This would be super fun to make with kids (and very simple.)
