Put rice in warm water for 2 hours. Clean pumpkin, mix rice with chopped fresh dill and mushrooms add seasonings to taste, mix water with 2 tablespoons of hot sauce , pour over rice and bake for 1:30 min in 360 degrees. ( if you have oven that you can put in higher temp you can reduce the time)
