Many people find that practicing EFT regularly helps them respond to triggering situations with greater clarity and calmness. The weekly live discussions on TikTok offer a supportive community where you can learn not just from the host but also from others who share their experiences and coping strategies. Engaging in these forums can motivate you to stay consistent with your emotional management practice. In addition to EFT, these sessions often cover complementary techniques like breathing exercises, mindfulness, and cognitive reframing, which together can foster a more balanced emotional state.
