Losing 84 lbs taught me that metabolism isn't just about genetics—it's about your daily habits. Here's what I did (and what YOU can do) to keep my metabolism working for me:

Strength training - More muscle = more calories burned

at rest.

Cardio - Even 30 min a day keeps your body in fat-

burning mode.

Protein intake - Burns more calories during digestion +

helps build muscle.

Hydration - Your body needs water to burn fat
