What I eat Lunch & Snack Edition
After losing 70 pounds the last year or two I’ve gotten off track recently. I’ve maintained the last 8 months and have been eating so much junk food and honestly feeling like crap. I’m going to be posting these to keep me accountable on eating well and taking care of myself.
