What I eat in a day - BULK EDITION 3100cals
I usually workout in the mornings so I have to eat something before - oatmeal with berries and dried fruit.
My post workout breakfast included sweet potatoes, honey, eggs, greek yogurt, granola, and fruit.
Lunch was marinated chicken that I cook in the air fryer with pear and avocado.
Dinner was rice with korean beef, veggies, and an egg.
My snacks throughout the day were a banana, bagel with cream cheese, and yasso bar!
Maintaining a high-calorie diet while ensuring balanced nutrition can be challenging, especially for those looking to gain muscle. In this article, I share my daily meals, which totaled 3100 calories and approximately 160 grams of protein. Starting my day with oatmeal topped with berries and dried fruit provides the necessary energy for morning workouts. Post-workout, I fuel my body with a satisfying breakfast of sweet potatoes, honey, eggs, Greek yogurt, and granola—perfect for recovery. For lunch, I enjoy marinated chicken cooked in an air fryer, paired with fresh pear and avocado for healthy fats. Dinner consists of Korean beef served over rice with plenty of vegetables and a perfectly cooked egg, rounding out my protein and nutrient intake. Throughout the day, I also rely on snacks like a banana, a bagel with cream cheese, and a Yasso bar to keep my energy levels up. This meal plan not only supports my fitness goals but also ensures I enjoy a variety of delicious and healthy foods.
