✔️ 1½ tsp cumin

✔️ 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed

✔️ 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)

✔️ ½ red bell pepper, chopped

✔️ 1 green onion, chopped

✔️ 1 cup cooked rice (any kind)

✔️ 1½ cups shredded cheddar (or Monterey/pepper jack)

✔️ ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

✔️ 6–8 large flour tortillas

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1️⃣ Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain grease.

2️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and water; stir well.

Traveling through the Southwest
Taking the train from Albuquerque to Santa Fe is inexpensive and scenic 🏜️ It’s about $9 a ticket each way, and there’s a lot of room onboard whether you’re alone or traveling with friends/family highly recommend as it’s a great way to see the beautiful landscape 📸 #santafe #newmexico
