Easy Tacobell Steak Crunchwrap Quesadilla Recipe

⭐️Overall rating: lets be real 11/10: Very Versatile

Ingredients: Makes 2 Wraps

-NY Strip Steak (1)

-Montreal Steak Seasoning, Salt & Pepper

-1 tbsp Butter

-Mission Brand Large Tortillas (2)

-Queso, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese

Lets start cooking:

Step 1: Cut up steak into cubes (preferably 1/2”-1” cubes) then season with Steak seasoning and salt & pepper. Heat up butter in Skillet Pan on medium high!

Step 2: Once Butter is all melted add your steak to the skillet, brown it! Remove grease then return skillet back to stove until crispy brown on top and bottom of the meat.

Step 3: Heat up first Tortilla in microwave for 10-15 seconds just so its warm and pliable, then take the second tortilla and a small plate, use the plate as a cutting guide and cut around to create a smaller tortilla.

Step 4: Spread Queso onto the middle of the bigger tortilla, then add your meat, and any toppings you want. Place your smaller tortilla on top of everything in the middle. Now fold up the edges of the bigger tortilla around to cover the smaller tortilla. ( I used tiktok to see how to fold a crunchwrap!)

Step 5: Place the side with the folded edges down on the same skillet you used to cook the steak! ( Oils from steak n butter help add extra flavor and crisp the outside of the tortillas without adding extra oils!) flip the Crunchwrap over after it gets golden brown (takes about a minute if that!) Cook the top of the tortilla until crispy golden brown again then remove from heat and plate it!

Step 6 (optional): Cut in Half as pictured or eat as is!
