Because the cravings are real—and we deserve sweet things that don’t wreck our progress.

I’ve been hit with serious sweet tooth vibes lately (PMS, I see you), so I wanted to share the sugar-friendly finds I grabbed during my last grocery run. These have seriously helped me stay on track while still feeling like I’m treating myself!

🍫Reese’s Zero Sugar Miniature Cups

Serving size: 3 pieces

WW Points: 3 (1 per cup)

Macros (per 3 pieces):

• Calories: 130

• Fat: 10g

• Carbs: 18g

• Sugar: 0g (5g sugar alcohols)

• Protein: 2g

Rich, chocolatey, and so close to the real deal. I’m usually satisfied after 3—it’s that good.

🍬Jolly Rancher Zero Sugar Hard Candies

Serving size: 4 pieces

WW Points: 1

Macros (per 4 pieces):

• Calories: 35

• Fat: 0g

• Carbs: 15g

• Sugar: 0g (includes sugar alcohols)

• Protein: 0g

These are my ride or die. Same bold fruity taste (grape, green apple, raspberry, watermelon), but shaped like cough drops. Just wish they had blue raspberry!!

🪱 Albanese Gummi Worms (12-Flavor Variety)

Serving size: 10 pieces (40g)

WW Points: 6

Macros (per 10 pieces):

• Calories: 130

• Fat: 0g

• Carbs: 33g

• Sugar: 18g

• Protein: 2g

Okay, they’re not better than regular ones—but they’re a great alternative when I need a chewy candy fix. Plus, gluten free + fat free!

🍦Skinny Cow No Sugar Added Ice Cream Sandwiches – Vanilla Gone Wild

Serving size: 1 sandwich

WW Points: 4

Macros (per sandwich):

• Calories: 140

• Fat: 4g

• Carbs: 24g

• Sugar: 4g

• Protein: 3g

These blow the Crav’n ones out of the water. Creamy, stable (not melty messes), and the sandwich part actually holds up. There’s a chocolate version too!

Just because it says zero sugar or sugar free there is still sugar in them. What you need to lookout for in the ingredients are these names that are sugar, SORBITOL, XYLITOL, MALTITOL and ERYTHRITOL. I was told by doctors and a licensed nutrition. So just keep an eye out for these sugars.
