This is my no-fail method for restaurant-worthy lobster at home 🦞 Buttery, tender, and full of flavor—ready in minutes!

✅ Ingredients:

* 6 cold water lobster tails

* Cajun, Old Bay, or paprika (for seasoning)

Garlic Butter:

* 4 tbsp butter, melted

* 3 garlic cloves, minced

* 2 tbsp lemon juice

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Butterfly tails: Cut shell down the center, loosen meat, lift it on top.

2. Make garlic butter: Melt butter, stir in garlic + lemon juice.

3. Season: Brush tails with garlic butter + sprinkle with seasoning.

4. Cook your way:

* Broil: 7–10 min at high heat (140°F internal)

* Bake: 12–15 min at 450°F

* Grill: 8–12 min, basting with butter
