2. Boil Milk: Add milk, press “Yogurt” then “Adjust” to “BOIL.” Heat to 180–200°F.

3. Cool Down: Let milk cool to 110–115°F (1–2 hrs or use ice water bath for 10–15 min).

4. Add Starter: Mix a ladle of warm milk with yogurt starter. Whisk back into pot.

5. Incubate: Press “Yogurt” and set timer for 8–12 hrs (longer = thicker, tangier).

6. Chill: Once set, refrigerate for at least 4 hrs to firm up. Stir & enjoy!
