Making a no-bake lemon tiramisu is truly one of the most rewarding dessert experiences I've had. What makes this dessert so special is its balance between light creaminess and bright citrus tang, which keeps it refreshing instead of heavy. One tip I learned while making this recipe is to ensure the lemon curd is fully chilled before layering, as it helps the dessert set properly and prevents the lady fingers from becoming soggy too quickly. I also found that using fresh lemon zest generously in the whipped mascarpone adds an aromatic depth that really lifts the entire dessert. In my experience, dipping the lady fingers briefly into the lemon syrup is key—too long and they become overly soggy, but a quick dip lets them absorb just enough citrus flavor and moisture. For those who enjoy a slight adult twist, adding limoncello to the lemon syrup infuses a subtle alcoholic note that enhances the overall flavor without overpowering it. I often garnish the top with freshly shaved white chocolate or a few lemon zest curls, which not only adds visual appeal but also a slight sweetness that pairs beautifully with the tartness. This lemon tiramisu has been a hit at my dinner parties; guests frequently ask for the recipe because it feels both indulgent and light. Plus, the fact that it requires no baking means I can prepare it ahead of time, saving me stress on the day of the event. If you love classic tiramisu but want something a bit more refreshing and citrus-forward, this no-bake lemon tiramisu is absolutely worth trying!
