I used to think big changes needed big moves. But honestly, I was stuck-less healthy, less focused, and not really happy with my progress.

Everything changed when I started building small habits into my daily routine.

1. Reading 10 pages a day made me sharper.

2. Saving just 10% of what I earned gave me peace of mind.

3. Drinking enough water helped my energy and focus.

4. Taking the stairs and working out boosted my strength and stamina.

5. Expressing gratitude helped me find my inner peace - this is my favorite one.

It wasn’t overnight, but these little habits stacked up and completely transformed my life.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, start small. You don’t have to overhaul your life-just pick one habit and stick with it.

Now I keep a water bottle with me everywhere – it's amazing how much more you drink when it's right there, and it keeps me from feeling fatigued throughout the day! One of the biggest game-changers for consistency was what they call 'habit stacking.' This is where you connect a new habit to an existing one. For example, after I brush my teeth every morning (existing habit), I immediately write down three things I'm grateful for (new habit – "express daily gratitude"). Or, right after I pour my morning coffee, I open my savings app and transfer a small amount ("save 10% of your earnings"). It makes the new habit almost automatic because it's piggybacking on something you already do without thinking. This strategy truly helps you become consistent without feeling like you're adding more to your already packed day. And let's talk about those days when you just don't hit your goal. It happens to everyone! The key is not to let one missed day turn into two, then three.
