The Nail Care Routine That Grew My Natural Nails

My daily nail care routine grew my natural nails in 3 months. I take prenatal vitamins daily and they help my nails grow stronger and longer and you don’t have to be pregnant to take them. I also apply the cuticle oil I got off TikTok shop every day to nourish my cuticles, prevent brittleness and strengthen my nails. Consistency is key and over three months my nails became healthier, stronger and longer. Even after breaking a nail the rest stayed strong. I’m proud of my nails and will continue this routine to maintain and regrow any nails I break
