Pre-Workout Protein Smoothie That Tastes Good

My pre-Pilates protein smoothie that I actually finished 😭🥤 Protein girls, this is mine. I used kefir instead of milk because it’s a probiotic drink that supports gut health and digestion, and it makes the smoothie way creamier and easier to digest without feeling heavy. It also gives a slight tang that makes it taste more like a real smoothie. For protein, I used a Premier Protein shake, which gives me about 30g of protein to help with muscle recovery and keep me full before my workout. I added a frozen tropical fruit mix with strawberry, mango, and pineapple for natural sweetness and quick energy, and this is what really brings the flavor together so it tastes like a tropical drink instead of just protein. I also added Muscle Milk creatine to support strength, endurance, and overall workout performance, and the best part is you don’t even taste it. I drank this before Pilates and it kept me full without feeling heavy, and it actually gave me energy. This is one of those protein drinks that doesn’t feel forced it actually tastes good and does what it’s supposed to do.
